I live in Nanaimo and recently purchased a Thunder folding step thru E-Bike. The delivery was included and it was completely assembled with exception to bringing up the handle bars and clamping it. I was dealing with the sales manager, her name is Tram. She was always quick to reply to my emails or phone calls, she had the answers to my inquires promptly. I am really happy with my bike and the service. Tram knew I 'm approaching my senior years and on my own. She offered to assemble the bike for me.
