This is my story with this company... I bought a mini on November of last year. At the end of the first year the bike frame broke under the seat. I remember when I bought the the bike warranty was 1 year on electronic and 2 years on the frame. When I reached customer service. It took two weeks to check with the warranty details and they finally told me there was nothing they could do. Oh wait, yeah, they suggest I buy a new bike frame for 300$ and that I take it to a shop to transfer all the components to it !!! It ended that it did cost me 195$ at a welding shop to repair this. I wanted to love this company. I told them, they told me "sorry to see you leave as a customer"... Well I bought a 2000$ bike and they did nothing to keep me as a customer. The warranty should have prevail...then good customer service could have. So for new customers, if you are lucky that your bike don't brake, go for it. But if there is a problem, you're alone.

I want to say a big thank-you to Daniel and the Rize Bikes team for taking the patience to support me in choosing the right bike for myself. It took a while, but we got there! I love my Bolt X and will sing about to everyone who asks about it. Thank you once again for your professional and dedicated team!

Very disappointed with the horrible customer service we have received trying to get a part. We called over a week ago and were told the part was in stock, and we would receive and invoice via email. A day later no email, called was assured they would get it out ASAP, 4 days later STILL no invoice. Called again, heard how busy the were, and was assured once again the invoice would be sent. Well here it is 2 days after our last call and over a week since our order and still nothing, called got voicemail. Have left message once again inquiring about the invoice! Hopefully we will get the part before winter arrives, but at this point not looking very good. **Update: shortly after the above post we were contacted by Rize and things were sorted out 😊 the invoice was received and our part shipped free of charge for our trouble. We have also had a follow up call to ensure the part was received and everything is working as it should! This is the customer service we have enjoyed in the past with Rize, and would hope that our experience was just a one time thing.

I love my Rize bike, this past summer I kept up to my kids and rode over 400K in Edmonton's river Valley. The seat is comfortable and I sure appreciated my bike when going uphill. Best purchase ever.

My wife and I purchased two Rise bikes in Feb, 2020 just before COVID hit. Thank God we did. We use them on a regular basis and each have over 600 km on our bikes this summer. We are extremely happy with how solid the bikes are and the batteries seem to last forever on a charge. We would recommend them to anyone. Rick and Colleen.
