We first visited this place because friends of ours bought here. They recommended Katie. Katie helped us briefly 2 years ago. We ended up not buying but left with a very good impression of Katie. Fast forward we contacted Katie again and it felt like old friends. She was prompt, professional and transparent. She gave us confidence that we were making a good purchase. We did a lot of homework and had monitored the kind of car we were looking for and how it should be priced. Although we bought a used car Katie and the team at Mini Richmond made us feel like it was brand new. From detailing the car to the unveiling to showing us key features of the car. Highly recommend Katie and Mini Richmond.

Buying a Mini at Richmond Mini has definitely been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Everything from the test drive, the order, and then finally the delivery has gone very smoothly. Leslie has been an outstanding sales rep and was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the features of my new car. The car itself is beautiful and for anyone considering buying a Mini, I would absolutely recommend Mini Richmond as the place to go.

Never had this kind of terrible end of lease experience before, handled by Katie, not even sit down and discuss with us kindly, let us stand in the main entry to just for get more money. long list of over 2400 + tax charges base on a very low mile (4 years, 18000 km) mini cooper, no accident, not any issue. Complete difference face with the time we purchase. Only want to charge every possible money to earn. And , same car , we deal with different dealer , no charge at all ! Not recommend to do any business with. Not any of my friends nor me, never do business with if they don't change.
