Hamid was very courteous and the facility had well thought through Covid precautions, with lots of space for customers to move around with physical distancing. Hamid worked very hard to move us through quickly and get very close to the price we had budgeted for. All in all we left with a very reliable pre-owned Sienna-super clean and reliable. We believe Toyota stands behind its’ quality pre-owned vehicles, so we are happy customers.

Beautiful exhibitation with real freindly dealers specially Ben and Hamid who helped me alot and their trustfully behaviour convinced me and I bought a Toyota C-HR 2020 last week from there unless living in North Vancouver.

RUDE RUDE RUDE onsite sales manager. I went there to pick a Camry. The sales person I met was doing an acceptable job, but when I talked to the sales manager in charge to reach a deal, and my proposal of final price was only 1k lower than his 2nd round price; while he just said I was “ridiculous” and “no deal” and smiled to expect me to leave. Got a deal happily at another dealer.

Since Toyota did not send me any sort of feedback survey I must leave it here. I brought in my 2019 Rav4 Hybrid limited last December 2019. I notified them about an issue but I could tell the service adviser did not care. The car was returned with the same issue. I purchased the ECP so I think that is why the service was poor *note never buy ECP*. I would like to report the fuel tank defect where it doesn't fuel up all the way but I guess I need to try another dealership next time
