Winson Wu was our product advisor. He was informative and non pushy. We really liked working with him and I recommend him. He is patient and very helpful. I really appreciate his service. He does speak English and Mandarin. The financing person (Gary) was also so helpful and really explained how the financing worked. Everyone at open road is great! Highly recommend this place.

Nice staff, quick process... We walked in just looking around, 3 hours later we drove home with a new car after they traded in our old vehicle. All happened the same day because they have an enormous inventory of new cars. Great experience!

I just purchased a 2020 Tacoma Off Road and the whole experience was great. Phillip my sales advisor gave me excellent advice about the different options and advantages of each Tacoma to ensure I got the right truck for my needs. He patiently went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted over the course of the few weeks it took me to make a final decision. As a sales professional myself I appreciated that he never pressured me to close the deal and that made working with Phillip a pleasure. After sales team in finance/ delivery did an excellent job too!

The new building is amazing! Super big and spacious. My family and I went in looking to buy a Rav4. We were greeted by a product advisor Sam Wong who was very informative and knowledgeable in the product. He broke down all the prices for us and we provided him with all the necessary documents that were needed. The buying experience was smooth and stress free.

Beautiful dealership, it's the flagship of Toyota Canada. I took my car here for service and so far I have no issues. As with most dealerships, they will try to up sell additional services. As long as you do some homework before you go, you will be fine. Their service department also charges a fee for shop supplies, ask them for final costs before committing to avoid a surprise.
