I took my family to the east coast from Sault Ste Marie in the summer of 2019 pulling our travel trailer. One of my tires came loose on my truck at no fault of Ford but my own. I got towed to Riviere du Loup and dealt with Impact Ford. I immediately felt at home and the friendly staff was patient with me trying to explain what I needed. They were very helpful and made my problems a priority so I was able to continue on my trip with my family. Thank you very much Impact Ford! You people are top notch!!!!

I loved my good experience at your modern Ford dealer because this place sells lots of beautiful vehicles, the prices is mostly in range and affordable, your personnel and your manager is correct, nice and friendly and this place is very clean. I will recommend this to buy a vehicle.
