The staff are courteous , polite and very accommodating. I’ve been to car dealers where agents are snooty. Not here!! Byron Luu was very accommodating and patient with all my inquiries. Great offers that are hard to refuse. Excellent service too!! I would give a 6 star if three was one. 😊

I can have no complaints.I saw a used vehicle I was interested in. Byron got back to me and we came to a deal without me seeing the vehicle but with the caveat of inspection and test. It was all very open and honest, then we asked about trading in and a new offer was completed. Byron was a great communicator throughout the process and I was very happy when we met him. I loved the “reveal” of our, ew to us, car. Pleasure to deal with, would have no problem recommending them if you see a vehicle in that area. Thanks Byron, nice job!

We are extremely happy with our experience at Auto West BMW. Jose first contacted us 4 months before our lease is due but we weren’t interested in the models available at the time. He kept us posted with inventory coming into the dealership. When we finally decided to go to the dealership, he was knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and more. I truly appreciate all the staff for their wonderful service and assistance to make me drive my dream car. Without their kind support, i definitely couldn't get my dream car. I cannot imagine how much they put all the hard work for their own customers. Every single staff is very responsible for his/her own job to make customers satisfied and happy.
