I had a lovely experience with Signature Mazda. I think they have a great team. I had gone to a few different dealerships and I was debating between a few cars , but Justin was very patient with me and sold me on the Mazda3. He showed me all the details, he was very honest and was very knowledgeable! I would recommend speaking with Justin if you're unsure of which car would suit your lifestyle. I would definitely continue with Mazda in future because of Justin's great customer service. Out of all the dealerships I went to, I have no doubt that Signature Mazda provided me with the best service. I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Upgraded our lease to Mazda CX5 signature. Overall experience for this visit was satisfied. This place has changed to a more comfortable atmosphere. Staffs are more friendly and sincere, not pushy in terms of sales and feedback. William was the one who assisted us, he is so helpful and informative. Definitely we will look for him next time and recommend him to our friends&family. Elaine the one who had us signed those documents was nice too. She explained everything clearly, now i know what benefits i have even better than the previous lease. Thank you.

William Li was my sales manager when I came in to look over a car. He showed me various cars that fit the description of what I was looking for, and kept the cars that I was looking at in the price range that I was comfortable with. William and his team took the time to show me some different models' hatchbacks, as I need space in my car for my large dog. His very helpful assistant took me out on a test drive and spent time with me to give me a quick lesson with the computer system in the car before I drove it off the lot. From the initial phone call about the car, through the choosing and testing of the car, payment, and insurance, the whole experience was extremely professional and friendly, with a very organized and streamlined team that made my purchase smooth and easy. I highly recommend William and his team at Signature Mazda if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

William was fantastic! He helped me find a car that was completely within my budget. It had all the options that I wanted and more. Willian really cared about what I needed and found the perfect match! The rest of the staff were great as well. Very professional and they make you feel completely comfortable.
