We recently purchased a 2019 Genesis G80 Sport from Richmond Genesis, conducting the entire no hassle transaction from test drive to closing from the comfort of our home and driveway. A great way to do it.
The car is excellent in every respect; a smooth, comfortable ride, superb fit and finish, a huge array of easily used amenities and very refined and functional safety features. These attributes coupled with the door to door service and extensive warranty put the Genesis clearly ahead of comparable vehicles in value for price.
Jennifer Friesen, our experience manager was exceptional from first contact, through the demonstrations to closing. She was professional, knowledgeable and was able to explain and demonstrate all aspects of the car in a clear, easily understood way. When we asked her to consider a solution to extra snow tires we had, she quickly proposed and delivered an option that was well beyond anything we could have expected. We have exactly what we wanted and Jennifer made it an easy, pleasant enjoyable experience (except for writing the cheque!)
