Just bought a BMW i3 from Ellie at LP Auto and the service was phenomenal. I contacted LP Auto from Craigslist and Ellie immediately returned my call. Her warmth, knowledge and enthusiasm was incredible. She offered many options to me to ensure the purchase would go smoothly. This included financing, extended warranty, insurance and even a trade-in. It was nice to be able to complete ALL transactions under one roof. Ellie, Jojo, and Katrina made the entire experience very satisfying with no pressure, and I would definitely recommend LP Auto for any luxury performance vehicle!

Since the time we met Daniel, he has been an amazing person. I really appreciate his time, efforts in helping us show a car we really liked and something that would fit our budget. However, LP Auto made my car purchasing experience extremely easy. Ellie Liu (Sales Representative) was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring. Furthermore, she was always on my side trying to help me obtain the best deal on the car. This was especially important to me as I was from out of province and had to drive in to pick up the vehicle. LP Auto’s got plenty of nice cars to choose from, Ellie is an amazing salesperson, she handed me the car fax of both vehicles I was looking at without Me even asking her for it, She even hooked me up with full tank of gas and oem bmw touch up paint and clear coat. Financing was a breeze... we went on Sunday afternoon to look at the car and by Monday 9am the credit application was already approved. Overall staff were friendly and the dealership is clean and I highly recommend everyone to visit them if you’re looking for a car!
