The Infiniti dealership moved from Bridgeport Road back to the Richmond Auto Mall. I love this location so much better. Amber and Peter from service are both always so kind, patient and thorough. I have worked with Amber for a couple years now, she is awesome! She is very attentive, calm and follows through with all of my requests. I have never had any issues with her calling me back with answers. She gives realistic timelines, honest feedback and explains all of my options to me before I make a decision in regards to any type of service. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication Amber, it does not go unnoticed!

Great experience at the newly open Applewood Infiniti in automall Richmond. We love our QX60 so much that we re leased another QX60, It was an easy and smooth transaction & it didn’t take long at all. When we walked in, the manger (Ben), sales manager (Abbas) and the other members came forward to introduced themselves & patiently explained all the details of their cars. Once we made a decision for our car, their financing team (Kevin & Sabrina) was very efficient, and their after sales support (Angus) provide great customer service. Overall we enjoyed the entire process, besides the good deal we got on our new car! Highly recommend Applewood Infiniti, we will definitely come back for another car!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team. I always leave Infiniti shop satisfied. In my opinion very reasonable prices for luxury brand compare to others. Courtesy car always available compare to other luxury shops (personal experience). Proudly driving my QX50.
