This is my third time getting my car Maintenance at Richmond Chrysler. They have done an amazing job every time. Mathew and Sadie from the service department always gives me a warm welcome and then we have a few laughs. They know how to take care of their customers and go above and beyond. The prices are fair and their mechanics are efficient. I would definitely recommend people to bring their vehicles in if they have any problems. I'll for sure to come back after my 5000km (^0^) I recently got into a rear end car accident and went through ICBC. Brought my car into the Richmond Chrysler body shop department. Emily and Roger was very kind and the service was amazing. They took care of me and fixed up my car and made it look absolutely stunning. I have attempted to buy a Jeep Wrangler from them twice and each time I end up going somewhere else after being deeply disappointed. I guess it serves me right for giving them the benefit of the doubt. This time around I found a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that I liked. First of all I find it a bit deceptive that they put cards over the VIN number so you can't research the sticker price. When I asked to see the vehicle, the sales agent went to grab a key, and after waiting 5 minutes came back and said the Jeep hadn't been inspected, so I couldn't take a look. I am sorry, the PDI wasn't done yet so you can't even open the door. Anyways, I had driven a Rubicon before and decided to negotiate. I had a friend look into the sticker price as I had an idea of the VIN, and the sales guy said that was incorrect and the price was higher (they are inflating sticker price). They refused to give the employee pricing, but said they would give a discount. Well wouldn't you know once they tacked on all their random fees the price went over the sticker. Some deal. Anyways, we were getting closer to the price I wanted and out of nowhere told me someone else was interested in it and they were done with me. At this point I was done with the games and left. Low and behold, they called me a week later saying that other buyer walked and they would take off another $1,000. I passed, because at this time they lost my trust. Well turns out that Jeep sat on the lot for over two months. I ended up buying a Rubicon at another dealership with more options lower then I expected (more of a discount then employee pricing). Was very impressed with the other dealers service. Do not listen to their lies. I am surprised by the positive ratings. However not overly surprised as the dealership I bought my 2013 Wrangler from offered to pay me off to raise my rating. Hope this helps.

Purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Truly an outstanding experience. From the online assistant, to the quickly returned call from Dan to working through the buying process with Kurt. The team at the dealership was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. Everybody did exactly what they said they were going to do and the buying experience was truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend making this your first choice to purchase a vehicle if they happen to have what you’re looking for. Really well done.

I went in to look at a truck after inquiring online. I dealt with a young chap by the name of Jordan Lyons. He was absolutely splendid. Jordan answered all of my questions and was quite helpful.
