We recently purchased a new 2020 GLC 43 AMG Coupe with Kalvin Yeh. Who was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. We went to Richmond and bought 2 Mercedes from them a while ago. All I can say is the experience was excellent! Our sales person was Yao Zhang. He was friendly, honest and direct. He will not sell you things you do not need. He listens to customers needs. I will come back to buy another car from them when my lease is up. And I will definitely buy from Yao again.
