Great service here. Andrei helped us purchase a new Mercedes. He and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and super helpful from start to finish. Update, sure great review when asked to give excellent one. Initial service was great with sale of vehicle but don't expect to be answered from him after the sale.

I bought both my cars here. I would say for convenience it's nice to do the one stop shopping there. Each dealership will have its uniqueness. Some newer and older. The Toyota dealership where I bought a Sienna minivan is quite new. It's easy to go from one spot to another through their round about. There's also a free shuttle that takes people to landsdown mall and Richmond centre that comes with about an hours frequency. In terms of people taking cars out to test drive. The surrounding area isn't too bad. They tend to take you to some decent straight aways and lots that tend to have lots of space.

A great, compact location with multiple different dealerships all walking distance from one another. Plenty of parking is available, as is a shuttle that connects to Richmond Centre, and thus, rapid transit as well.

Seek advise at Cowell VW, and I got help to troubleshoot my reverse light problem. The person came out to my car and remove both tail lights and tested without charge. What great service !

Constantly changing with newer dealership, it's not always a best place to shop at the best price. It's good enough for convenient and test drive.
