We were shopping for a 2018-2020 Honda CR-V and had done our homework, understanding what would be a fair price for the vehicle. We emailed the dealership and promptly received an email from Lucy Chen. 3 concise emails, 1 phone call, 1 visit to the dealership and less than 12 hours later, we bought the car for the price of a comparable base model. Recently picked up a infiniti suv from them. From day one to the end, Lucy was very helpful,professional,reply fast and answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and providing top-notch service. I would think i asked too much questions about the car but she was patience and she even stayed after work hours just so I can test drive the car because I work till late hours.
