We were shopping for a 2018-2020 Honda CR-V and had done our homework, understanding what would be a fair price for the vehicle. Canwell Motors Ltd listed a premium model with low km for a fair price. We emailed the dealership and promptly received an email from Lucy Chen. 3 concise emails, 1 phone call, 1 visit to the dealership and less than 12 hours later, we bought the car for the price of a comparable base model. Lucy was great. I have bought many cars over the years and without a doubt, this experience was my favourite. I definitely recommend you talk to Lucy, if they have the car you’re looking to buy. She ‘gets’ that a happy customer is ultimately worth much more than the money made on a single sale!

Recently picked up a infiniti suv from them. From day one to the end, Lucy was very helpful,professional,reply fast and answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and providing top-notch service. I would think i asked too much questions about the car but she was patience and she even stayed after work hours just so I can test drive the car because I work till late hours. Even came on day off so i can purchase the car too! =)If you need a car. Go find Lucy! I am a car guy myself and know abouts cars as well, Overall I am pleased about the purchase and everything mention about the car was accurate. Carfax and service was done. I even got a full tank of gas too =). I definitely recommend my friends to go find her and recommend others reading as well.
