We drove out from Mission with a toddler and a newborn to buy our dream van. We were expecting a long and trying day in our very busy life. We spoke to Nick before leaving town and he made it easy to see that he would make our trip worth the effort.

It was a pleasure working with Ken Hui. He greeted us with a professional and respectful manner. We purchased a brand new F-150 and Ken was amazing every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable and very personable and we connected instantly as were both car people. The finance manager Joe cook was great as well explained every insurance option very clearly and upfront! Joe Cook gave up a great deal in terms of finance and insurance packages! Will 100% be coming back here for maintenance and future cars!
I thought buying a car (especially during a pandemic!) was going to be an ordeal but it was so easy and stress-free at Cam Clark Ford! We were greeted right away and Ken was immediately helpful as we looked at the Ford Escape. I was previously driving a 1999 Corolla so everything was a huge upgrade and so new to me but Ken was great at pointing out the features and explaining anything we asked about. He took the time to understand our wants and needs for a new car and we felt listened to and never felt pressured to go for more car than we needed. Joe in the finance department was so helpful and explained everything clearly and again, we never felt any pressure to get more than we needed. This was my very first car purchase and I cannot believe how easy it all was. I've had the car for a week now and I can't imagine driving anything else! If you need a car, do yourself a huge favour and go see the team here because you will not be disappointed!
I just have to write again to express how impressed i am with Nicole Bullock. When i bought my truck 2.5 years ago she made the purchase very easy and it was well worth the flight from Kelowna to Vancouver to pick it up. Since that time Nicole has been in contact with me every few months to see how i am liking the truck and making sure i have no issues with it. LIke i explained to her when i purchased the truck, i was looking for a vehicle that could handle the back roads in the Okanagan as i am a search and rescue member and am required to travel those roads in times of crisis. She found the perfect truck for me in every way but one. She tried to convince me to upgrade the stereo in the truck but i was sure the standard radio would be good for me. I was wrong. I wish i had listened to her and upgraded that from a 4 " screen to the 8" screen with a few more options. I wont make that mistake when i upgrade this truck within the next year or so. I will coming back to Cam Clark Ford and making sure i listen to everything Nicole says when i upgrade.
