Thanks Mitchell Cressman and David Ng for their great services of buying 2017 RDX. Great impression of both. Mitchell would tell you very detailed info of the car before selling it to you. He told you all features including the safety ones. He also spent in great length of the car history and in particular how this car was serviced and how to get the car certified by Richmond Acura. David was very detailed too explaining all different aspects of warranty coverage. Manager Brian was also good. He would make sure you would feel comfortable about the car. Have purchased a few vehicles at Richmond Acura. The service has always been great. Charles is a great salesman. I initially came in on a fairly busy Sunday afternoon after speaking with Michelle Louie previously, to look at and test drive the 2021 Acura A-Spec. I knew what I wanted in terms of colour for interior and exterior already and it just so happens they had sold their last one. So that was kind of a bummer, but Michelle went above and beyond to have one brought in, even with a fairly unusual request, as I didn't want the front licence plate holder. Being in sales/customer service for 12+ years, you can tell when someone is genuinely trying to help a customer in getting what they truly want or just looking to get the sale. Tuesday after noon, less than 48 hours of looking at the car, test driving it, falling in love with it, I get notification from Michelle that she had one brought into her location and they were going to help me meet my unusual request. Less than 24 hours later, the car had looked like that frame was never there. I couldn't wait to pick it up after seeing it, but had to wait for the paint to dry before I could take it home. So we arranged a time to get it all done. 7 days from a test drive to now owning a brand new 2021 Acura RDX A-Spec. Some may think 7 days is quite a long time but the work that needs to be put into getting it done definitely shows. To say that Michelle Louie will go above and beyond for her clients, is an understatement. Definitely will recommend speaking with her if you are in the market for a new car.
