We recently purchased a Q3 and received superb service from Jerry! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front receptionist. He was very thorough in explaining the trim levels and was involved in every step of the way. We picked up the car today and again Jerry stayed in the car with us explaining all the features we needed to use. I've purchased a car before from another dealership in the auto mall but the hand off was much smoother and better at Audi! Great customer service at this Audi location! From the front reception to the back end management staff. If you visit here to pick up a new vehicle or have any car related inquiries, ask for Jerry! He is an expert in his field and he knows Audi vehicles down to the simplest detail. He pays great attention to detail and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are taken care of. No matter what your car needs are, Jerry will make sure he finds a way to make it happen! You can truly tell Jerry operates his day-to-day work with a client-focused model of service. Their service department is great too. Specifically, Jeff was amazing to deal with. Explained everything in detail and hustled hard to make things happen for me the same day. I had a Great impressive experience with Audi of Richmond. Ann and Service advisor Eric are very helpful with excellent customer service. The technician is knowledgeable and have my 00 A4 repaired perfectly! I also have to Thank You the gentlemen at Parts Department for going above and beyond and getting the obsolete parts for my car. I will not take my car to anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership.

The Richmond Audi location has the best customer service hands down. My service advisor, Jeff, is fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely looks out for my best interest. He consistently goes above and beyond and I'm always impressed with how professional and honest he is, providing proactive advice and recommendations that I appreciate. Exceptional service. I went in for a 60,000km service on my vehicle, needed a trim piece replaced, and got a full detail as well. Car runs even better than when I bought it! Trim piece is fitted perfectly. The vehicle is cleaner than I have ever been able to clean it myself! I would give 6 stars if I could! Seriously impressed by the professionalism of the team and how they kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you Jeff and everyone else!
