Ivy and Porsche Richmond manager was very helpful through out the buying process. From the moment I saw the car online and contacted Ivy, she has been very helpful. She made sure I was able to view the car immediately after it's inspection so that I can take home the Audi S3 at the earliest possible date. She addressed all my concerns and routinely followed up and liased with Audi to make sure I can take home the perfect car. I am very happy to have purchased a vehicle from her. Thank you once again for your help.
Was one star after I had communicated with the branch manager Vincent i give 5 stars. The reason is Vincent know how to treat and know what customers need. Also he promise he will do better in the future. He is nice and friendly that i feel comfortable and respect . He told me they will move to Richmond automall soon. I would like to purchase and get information from Vincent in the future.
The story was a young lady speak Mandarin sale know nothing about how to treat a customer and how to sell a car to customer. I asked her questions she can not answer and help what you want. She can only just keep saying it is not work. But she never try to help build a car for customer. I had go to Porsche in terminal and order my Porsche 911 successfully. They can help me to build and arrange the price under i expect.
I visited this place today with my husband. Staff is super nice. Gentleman who greeted us was great. Sarra helped us. She was very nice, professional and humble. Ivy was also super good. She answered all our questions. Lovely experience. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I rarely post or give a review but every once in awhile I come across an experience good or bad that I feel should be shared. I purchased a used Range Rover from Porsche Richmond and right from the first response by text I felt I was an important customer. I was kept informed and responses were always quick. The day we went to view the suv we had a short wait but were greeted by friendly staff and well taken care of. The vehicle was exactly as described and an inspection report and carfax were shared without even asking. Our sales representative (Ivy) was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel comfortable and important. We were not rushed or pressured in anyway, I actually took the night to sleep on it and made the decision the following day to purchase. On the day I picked up the vehicle, it was ready on time, cleaned and to my surprise full tank of gas (know remember this was a used suv). Everyone seemed genuinely excited for me and again I felt just as important as if I just bought a brand new car. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and definitely ask for Ivy she will go above and beyond for you. Cheers!! Ron
My parents recently purchased a Porsche at this location and was extremely satisfied with the delivery and service. They were helped by Ivy who was professional, customer service oriented and most importantly able to speak Mandarin with them.
