On vacation in the area and had a dead battery. Within less than an hour the battery got replaced and we received great customer service. The owner introduced himself to us and reassured we were satisfied with the service we received. Then to lighten up the mood he talked to us about places to visit while we were in the area. He recommended great locations such as Le Massif ski area. Nevertheless, the visit was brief and enjoyable!!

Service is a bit slow, but at least the owner seems very nice. I keep getting phone calls from them even though I told them to stop calling but to be honest its been a while since I got one, and it doesn't happen that often. I even told them the change of address of my father, but they keep sending stuff to my mail anyways.

I am frankly extremely positively surprised. Unparalleled service from the entire team, particularly Sean Lapierre, a salesperson who not only answered my questions and my expectations, but above all offered me human service. Never in the past have I felt good like this. Usually you always feel like a number or like a bank on the edge. This time around, I in no way felt that way. This is how we do customer service in 2020. San hesitate I recommend Sean and his team. Well done!!
