Easiest car purchasing experience I’ve had the pleasure of going through. Rita, the manager of sales, is fantastic — helpful and straight up, exactly how a salesperson should be. The same can be said for the finance manager. They’re amicable and efficient. The whole process was so smooth and it took less than two hours (from seeing the car to signing the papers), even on a long weekend. I have dealt with so many dealerships and this has by far been my best experience. If you’re looking for a used car, definitely check out their inventory.

Absolutely the friendliest and most courteous car dealership I have ever been to. I can’t speak highly enough about Rita and the team at UC auto. I am in love with my new SUV, and I am in awe at the customer service we experienced; everything from the test drive with Owen, the negotiation with Rita, financing with Shelagh, and the very entertaining insurance policy switch with Parv! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to UC...and I will certainly be back for service! Thank you Rita!!

Months passed. I've decided to open an account to write this. Very surprised how Rita gets good reviews. She is very pushy and too confident about herself. Long story short, I was happy that the finance manager got me approved for finance. However, I couldn't get the monthly payment I want and it is out of my budget. I asked Rita to refund the deposit as she told me it is 100% refundable. She seemed angry and started raising her voice and didnt want to refund the deposit. Not sure if she did this to anyone but I will not recommend this place to anyone as Rita does not know what customer service should be, and I literally don't feel comfortable having conversation with her.
