This is an honest and real review. Trust me, you do not want me to elaborate beyond my one star review and outline all of the issues with the vehicle sold to me and the sales experience I had. Just accept the review and move on. I could, and will, elaborate with every detail if necessary. And believe me, it will not be pretty if I do. Good luck.

JD Occasion tried to sell me a sprinter van that was in "excellent shape" for asking price of $10,800. I had one inspection done (the garage told me not to buy it) and was convinced by JD occasion that I should get a second opinion because the garage was no good. So I did - $200 later I received a quote for $2500 to have a very small portion of the issues fixed. This price did not include the further diagnostic and mechanical work that would be needed to correct the EIGHT engine codes. JD Occasion would not pay for the inspection or admit what they had done. Their ad literally stated that things were brand NEW - that upon two inspections were actually broken or needed replacing immediately. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. they are not only untrustworthy but are unwilling to compensate customers for there own misinformation or mistakes. Furthermore - JD Occasion - the assistant director to be specific - refused to return my deposit for 24 hours after I had refused the sale. Mary Daniel was nice, sadly she is taking directions from good for nothing humans. beware.

Wow. My spouse and I had to change vehicles urgently. We were dealing with a certain NORMAND, who is undoubtedly one of the ....... best car salesmen I have known. No pressure, he immediately targeted our needs and he listened to his customers like the rest of the team who displayed a nice smile.
