The customer care number on the website doesn't work. The email they have on the website doesn't work. I had rented a car on sept 14th 2020 from their Richmond office at BC in the name of Kiran S M. Everything was paid for on cash and the car was handed over to the agent who inspected the car and said everything was in order. Trying to contact them since 3-4 days with regards to their charging me about 158$ CAD from the hold deposit. Which they have not released yet. But no way to contact them. Any other email id or phone number is not available. Why they have charged me now once everything is settled. ?! Mr Danny, there is no response for the email sent at the address you provided and still no answer.. as the voicemail is full at the number you have provided. ALSO, I have provided my email ID when I filled the form at the office. They could have sent an email intimation. But no such effort.

Horrible experience getting my refund : had to call 3 times and counting, evening though I was promised a refund the on the very 1st day I return the car. Also, they don't tell you to fill up your tank before you return your vehicle, and then offers to charge you a 'good' rate if you filled up at their facility. By "Good" rate, he means 1.99 for regular! Definitely AVOID like your life depends on it!!

Service WITHOUT a smile. More like robotic. Price reasonable. Lots of room for improvement
