Quick, friendly, knowledgeable service, in English and French. We rented bikes from them and were given a detailed description of the best places to check out, and had helmets and a bike lock included in the rental. Service was prompt and friendly, even though we showed up at the last minute. Would definitely go again!

Impeccable service from the young mechanic, hence my 3 star. Maybe because it's the end of the tourist season but the batteries of my husband's bike did not last 30km when we were talking about a range of 90. I can understand that there is the wind factor. but 1/3 of autonomy is really not much for a day rental. In addition, the motor of my bike has to be stopped several times and at the weight it is cycling, let's say I could have done without. We had to turn back and come back to our residence, after having wasted more than an hour recharging the battery so that my partner's bike had enough autonomy to return to the rental center, we returned the bikes even if our day was not over. Too bad because the 30 km we traveled were very pleasant but too expensive to pay and no intention of compensation from the owner, a little disappointing.
