The service staff accommodated our emergency tire repair and kept us updated through the process.
Check engine on, first appointment to assess the problem. We are told that they do not have the part, that it must be ordered and that they will have it on Friday of the same week but that they will call us. We also get mentioned an estimate. So far so good!
Second date. We are told that, ultimately, it is not the part ordered that needs to be changed, but another part next to it. And of course, she's on order too. By the same token, we are mentioned another estimate which is double the first ...
The first assessment of the problem seems to have been sloppy in addition to the waste of time it caused.
The lady on duty is very kind. She does her job well!
