Called them after hours & they did everything possible to get my problems fixed. Wouldn't recommend enough.
Difficult experience every time for our guarantee .....
In our guarantee MORE than paid dearly they offer us the courtesy vehicle. EVERY time there is a problem with our vehicle, they NEVER want to priest us a courtesy vehicle. It's always a huge debate.
Even this day, they tell us that they cannot check our vehicle for 2 weeks, so to rent one by ourselves. Even told us to go to another dealership ....
I will never buy a vehicle there.
Even with a 160,000 km 7-year Gold Plan. He refuses to offer us a courtesy vehicle as they cannot perform the repair on our vehicle for 2 weeks. He tells us to go to another dealership when for 3 years we have been regular customers on the maintenance to be done on our vehicle. Very disappointed with the service.
