To the owner of Schill Insurance Brokers: Karen Qian is a gem. She helped me with insuring two of my properties back in August. She is genuine, caring and patient. Karen made sure that I understand my coverage by going through each and every item on my policy with me and allowed me plenty of time to review. Did I forget to mention that she prepared 4 quotations with a comprehensive cost analysis for me as well? I never have to worry about asking her about the same thing twice if I don't get it. She responds to my email inquires quickly whenever I ask a question. Case in point: I emailed her Thursday evening with a question regarding my coverage, she phoned me promptly on Friday morning and sent me supporting documents for additional clarification shortly afterwards. I'm like.....WOW !!!
