I have been personally using Cooperators for probably close to 10 years now (if not more). I have a number of rental policies with Cooperators - Daniel Wang and I wanted to say they provide top notch service. Special shut out to Financial Advisor, Janssen Bitun. I have been working with Janssen for majority of these years and I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service that Janssen continues to provide to me directly. Whenever I have a question about my rentals and/or principal holdings he is readily available. He responds in a timely manner with such professionalism and expertise. In the last 24 hours I needed assistance with car insurance and he replied on email and contact me with all the information that I needed that made the process so simple. I have been trying to contact this location for a week to update my information, I have called and left a message as well as emailed them and no one returns my call. There is no customer service

To this day totally satisfied by the services of Gayan! Service in French, which is an advantage for newcomers for this kind of thing! Gayan took the time to answer my questions before I arrived here in Vancouver. He remained available and good advice!
