HSBC Bank

Same experience with other customers, the wait is long. But once i got to the front, i am met with the best customer experience. One of the managers even remembers my parents last name. They have time to show my parents what to do ( they messed up their bank PIN).

Very professional with good rate of banking products. Highly recommend for more private clients. It is a good global bank, that is also tailor toward Asia. A good gate way to connect East and West in both banking and commerce.

Th worse bank I have ever seen! The line up is super long and the staff are REALLY SLOW! Every time I came here I have to wait AT LEAST 30 mins! The worse part is even though I waited that long, but the staff (C****A) is super unprofessional! It not provide me a clear answer and ask me to go to the other bank. Super shocked

Went with my mother recently and they treated her like a criminal even though she has had a long time account with HSBC. DONT EVER COME HERE! LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. My mother told me she is switching banks ASAP because HSBC doesn’t know how to treat their customers correctly. Would give 0 stars if possible. Wait times are also INSANE. Came in on a Thursday workday at 3pm and the line is full. It took almost 40 min for the next person in line to be called to the counter.

3 times I’ve been in this branch and always had to wait at least 30 minutes! Today is the day when I totally fed up with HSBC because of this branch...waited 30 minutes and still the same 4 people before me!!! Had enough heading to open an account somewhere else today!!! I don’t want HSBC to look after my money anymore!!! Ridiculous it’s 2019 and have to wait 30 minutes to be served??? Nooooo!!!!!
