InsureBC (Lansdowne) Insurance Services

Went on Saturday Sept 19th, was told they don't do vehicle transfers on weekends? Doesn't make any sense, said no one can? Went somewhere else and got it done. Was the only caucasian person in the vacinity. Couldn't be bothered?... Not sure and wouldn't go back.

Today I went in for car registration and Rebecca helped me out. It was a lengthy process, but she was helpful and patient the whole time. She identified and explained all the different policy options and she really seems to know her stuff!

The lady who answered the phone was rude. I was planning to go there to renew my insurance. Guess not.

Susan So is very patient and polite, she explained my business Insurance very well and cleared.

My wife and I needed to transfer a family car to our name, and we were lucky to have Sam help us.  We arrived when they were about to close for the day, Sam was willing to assist us, and he went the extra mile to make sure we got the best insurance rate. Sam is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend him.
