Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

Useless! Agent wouldn't listen to me and talked over me. The agent seemed to have difficulty understanding "Hi, I'd like to get insurance on..." Response: "Well you can just call up your current..." Me: "No, I need to take out a new policy for..." Response: "Well how long have you been at your current..." FFS! just provide me with what I was asking for! And when I actually got the form from her she wouldn't let me fill it out and bring it back after I had gathered the necessary information. No problem! I'll take my business elsewhere and I suggest the same to others, because they obviously don't want or need your business.

Lady at counter was super patient & helpful.

asked a few questions, the answer was very confusing and misleading. it seemed they were not professional or they don't care about my questions but only my business. What made unpleasant was the lady behind came up to me and lost her patience by saying that she did not have time to answer inquires for she has other clients to attend. I looked around and asked where were the other customers and she said she need to answer the phone. I said that's OK. went to another autoplan provider in lansdowne and had a pleasant experience there.
