Staff here are friendly and great. Once we get rid of the immoral socialized ICBC and return insurance to the private sector where it belongs they will get 5 stars from me at merdian.

Difficult to deal with, seem friendly at first. Went in to cancel my motorcycle insurance and they say I owed double, even though I had paid for the month and it should only be a $30 charge as per all other agencies I had talked to. Don't know their trade very well. I'll be taking my business to Ironwood, much better company and worth the drive.
