Always very helpful, cheery and friendly service received when I deal with the agents. I've gone to a couple in the area and this one for some odd reason appears to be cheaper by about $5-10 for me at the end of the day. They are bilingual here as well which I think is great they can cater to more people in need of service who don't have English as their first language. They are pretty fast at assisting as well and if they believe they are going to take longer with a client they will inform you so you know how long you will be waiting.

i have multiple commercial vehicles insured through this branch and all the families cars plus my motorcycle and trailer. Been using for 10 years plus, I have had zero complaints ! Very accommodating if english is not your first language. My agent is a women named Bev who i would highly recommend.

Very attentive and helpful! Angela was able to explain to why my cost for my car was higher than previous. She even assisted me with my call to ICBC and directed me to who i needed to speak to.

Do not use this insurance company!!! Unless you want headaches down the road. My story is too convoluted to explain briefly but take my word just don't use them and if you do use them don't trust them to tell you everything you need to know. If I could give a negative Stars I would.
