The lady works in the late afternoon is the worst agent I have ever seen. She was listening watching video on her phone while working and is not familiar with auto insurance system and makes up a bunch of rule on her own which is not on icbc website nor she can show any document to support her claim. Her boss should train her properly.

Ken is really helpful and informative - always willing to help and go that extra mile. His other staff are good too - language barrier makes it a bit difficult but that's not really anyone's fault.
