Great staff that helped me out of a bind on Monday Nov 9 while I was 500 km away. When I explained the issue to Janelle in service she immediately transferred the call to the service manager Chis who made a diagnosis over the phone (with a disclaimer) and then put me through to Dylan in parts. The (suspected) required item was in stock so Dylan packaged it up and actually carried it next door in time to ship out. The package arrived overnight and I was able to make the repairs and then drive home. It is outstanding customer service like this that keeps me returning to LA Mazda for parts and services.

Bought a Corolla here not long ago. All floor staff were friendly and knowledgeable in the vehicles being sold. The finance department is very experienced and got me approved in no time. After the sale everything that I asked to be added on the vehicle was added and I was shown all my new features. Perhaps the only thing the dealership can improve on is keeping in contact post sale with the customer when the car is in the shop for detailing and adding features and such.

Had an excellent experience dealing with L.a Mazda in the past. I purchased a used Chevrolet Cruze from the dealership and was very happy with the car and overall buying experience. The sales and finance teams are very courteous and work hard to help you with your vehicle purchase experience. Very clean showroom and lot. If you're looking for a vehicle in Leduc or Edmonton area it's worth making the drive to visit them. They were there to help me even after I had the vehicle a year later when I had some questions about warranty and other technical questions.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at L.A. Mazda. Gurpreet Rai was extremely friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere during the negotiation process. We were satisfied with the price we paid for the vehicle and were glad that they didn’t try to push any other add-ons to the sale. Would recommend L.A. Mazda and Gurpreet Rai if you are looking for a good deal and great experience.

Musa and Luca from the sales team were a delight to work with. Made the stressful car buying experience a breeze and even fun! Johnny from finance was awesome too. Great dealership with top notch customer service. Highly recommend them.
