Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Steve, Collin and Eric were all excellent to work with, and made the process smooth. Dealerships can be uncomfortable places to be, they are intimidating, Stony Plain Chrysler's comfortable, family friendly environment made me feel like I undoubtedly made the right choice. If your looking for a vehicle (new or used), and you don't at least give them a try you're doing yourself a disservice. Excellent service. Bought a new truck here and very impressed. Sales, sevice, and the finance department were all great. I will be going back. Claudio, the sales person I dealt, with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient with getting my truck. The truck was undercoated, rust proofed, box lined, detailed and ready to go in under 8 hrs. This important to me because the time sensitive job I have.

I needed to have my backup camera replaced under warranty on my 2018 Chrysler 300S. I went to the dealership and spoke with Monica. She said she would have to order the part in. She said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in. Anyway she called me within 10 days to say the part had arrived early and to come down whenever it was convenient for me. So I went down right away. From the time I handed Monica the keys and drove away with the work completed was maybe 35 minutes. Monica was so very pleasant to deal with that I will be back. As well I will strongly recommend to friends that they should contact Monica for all their work on their Dodge Chrysler or Ram vehicles.
