Why i couldn't have asked for a better experience. William at JDM connection not only delivered exactly what i asked for but he literally did everything for me. this was the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced and it involved exporting and importing. William was very patient in helping pick my car, which wasn't easy because my budget wasn't high but i am a picky man. When my car got here it was perfect, better than in the pictures and it was mechanically sound, no issues big or small. nothing compares to the looks you get when your driving your new R34 skyline fresh from JDM connection. i really cant wait to order my next car. every car i buy i will import through William at JDM connection, because i know with him i get a quality vehicle with little to no effort from me, and the best customer service I've ever experienced. i highly recommend William

William at JDM Connection was absolutely amazing. My vehicle was delayed by 1 shipment (not his fault) and I was worried about it quite a bit. Since this is my first time I have imported a vehicle from Japan, I have no idea what to expect. William took the time and patiently ensure I am comfortable, provide me with information to ease my mind. When my vehicle came into the port, William immediately on the ball to take care of custom, transport and inspection. I have zero complaint about William as he is knowledgeable and always response to my inquiries. I will definitely import again through William when I have the chance to.

After lots of online searching I decided to go with JDM Connection. Will is absolutely the BEST! He always answers all questions and he was really patient with me asking 1000 questions about the process and asking where the truck was all the time. The process was a few months from Japan to Canada but he was upfront with Price and final timelines from step 1. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use JDM in the future for my next import. The only issue now is, I can't stop looking at his website for my next vehicle. Thanks a million Will!
