I just started my search for a used Volvo XC90. I found one on auto TRADER and decided to check out the vehicle. I’ve been at a couple dealerships prior to going to Silverzinc Motors and was not impressed. What I experienced in the short time I was at Silverzinc Motors complete blew me away. After the salesman showed me the car we went back into the dealership and were quickly met by the owner Leo. Leo is a total great guy and was not pushy at all. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and when I want to buy. Before I left he gave me his business card and told me to contact him anytime. I have not bought a vehicle yet. I can honestly say that I will be buying a vehicle from Leo. It’s the first dealership I didn’t feel like I had to take a shower after being there. If you know what I mean. If you are looking for used high-end vehicle with mint conditions, SILVERZINC will definitely be the choice. Rick and Leo provided quality service by finding us the right car, offering a great price, and making professional suggestions. They do really care the customers' actual needs and satisfactions. Even though I did not landing a final deal with then (due to some personal reasons) while holding a car for a while and had very long conversations with them several times, they still treat us well, patiently, politely, no pushy at all, and keep providing us helpful advices. The service Rick & Loe offer well deserve 5 star. Will take my next car from them and recommend to others!

They both made my purchase painless and provided me great service. I was looking for specific options on a Audi Q7 and they had exactly what I was looking for as they specialize in high end imports. Leo had the vehicle shipped from Edmonton to Ontario on a professional car hauler and it arrived safely and exactly the way he described it to me without even seeing it, yes I purchased the Audi Q7 without seeing it! I bought a BMW 428i from here, and the team I dealt with including Leo and Ricky were awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and doing their best to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. With the BMW, I had noticed a scuff on the front bumper when I was purchasing it and Leo promised me he’d have that taken care of even after purchase, which he honoured. Very transparent and honest work from a car dealership with a great selection of luxury cars, which you don’t experience everywhere!
