I just bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few months back from Capital. The experience was great from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Steve in sales was amazing, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all. If your going into Capital to purchase a vehicle make sure you ask for Steve!! Because my vehicle was used- I did unfortunately run into a few very small service issues with the vehicle shortly after the purchase. However, Patrick in service was absolutely amazing! He got me all sorted quickly and efficiently. As someone who comes from a family who has always had M-Benz and BMW's the service from Patrick and the service department far outperformed anything I have dealt with in the past.
