They were amazing and wonderful people to deal with. We needed a second opinion on a vehicle that my daughter bought and they were able to get it in right away to have a look at it and give us an honest evaluation of the car. They also found a recall on the car that they got the parts and fixed it immediately!! They were very kind and understanding and we will definitely be dealing with them again. Thank you so much to everyone there for setting our minds at ease and making it an ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE and not leaving us wondering if we were being lied to just to make a sale! I have forever been a ford driver and used Quick Lane and the shop for regular maintenance for a long time. I now drive a Jeep and have continued to have - hands down the best service and outcome at Lacombe Ford. They have saved me thousands of dollars on a misdiagnosed transmission and let me tell you, it's been a year and the Jeep is running like a dream. The mechanics are knowledgeable, helpful and will take my vehicle for a test drive if I think something's just a little off. I hope you get to experience the charm and quality service that these guys offer. Not to mention best oil change deal and special offers (I just won $200 over the summer in a spin to win deal). Just amazing. Thanks everyone at Lacombe Ford for all you do. Don't forget about the sales at the dealership, they are pretty great as well.
