David was awesome to work with. We were coming from Victoria after work so knew we would be getting there a little after he closed for a test drive. We loved the car, he was very upfront about everything on his lot. He then stayed for another hour after he was supposed to be closed to help us finish the sale, get licensing and insurance and made sure we were good to go. The car was a couple hundred over what we had budgeted for and he easily let us finance the last little bit to allow us to take home the car we loved over the car we liked. His sincere approach in everything he did made him stand out against other people in car sales. He even made us promise we would call him if anything were to ever go wrong with the car! David gives great, non-pushy customer service and highly encourages test driving as many cars as you like. He recommended vehicles within the parameters I asked for (despite me choosing one outside of them!) and made my first ever car purchase a painless experience. I was incredibly nervous, but he is well-connected and had ICBC there in short order to help me through the purchase and insurance process. I've been driving my car all summer, love it, and just got it serviced for the first time- they told me the car was in excellent shape and that I bought a real winner.
