Brought my daughter in with a used bicycle we had just purchased. They did a realy thorough safety check and replaced all the worn parts, set it up for her, sold us a helmet and gloves at a really good discount. All for a really reasonable price!! Great guys!! Super customer service and very very knowledgeable staff!! Thanks for everything guys we will be back for sure!!

I took my E-Bike here about 3months ago for some service work without issue. I called last night to confirm I could drop it off today for service again. Today when I dropped it off I was told that they no longer work on rear wheel E-Bikes. It would have been great to tell me that on the phone when I talked to one of your technicians about the service - I don't get a lot of time to drop my bike off like this, which is why I called to confirm. The stated reason "We broke some stuff and had to pay to replace it - so we aren't going to do it anymore" is going to leave them behind as the market transition continues. I don't understand why they are not reviewing their insurance rather than losing customers - but honestly though if they are unable to tighten brake cables without potentially damaging an E-Bike - It's probably a good idea to take your business elsewhere.

Please avoid this shop. Rude staff. They were always trying to up sell you for things you don’t need. I spend almost 200 bucks there for a tune up and they even didn’t properly adjust my gears. Took my bike back a few months and they told me I needed a new derailleur which they wanted to charge me a fortune. Took the bike to a more reputable shop and the guy fixed the issue in 5 min for free as I was buying something else there.
