Sport Chek

I ordered some pants that were on sale for $26.97 and they arrived with a sale tag on them for $15.97!! I emailed Sport Chek this info and received zero reply from them. I called their customer service line today and was told that I have to return the pants in store to receive the price difference. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Get it together Sport Chek. Terrible!

Really not impressed with the help in the store in general. I called and got the run-around and was told they dont have product and then go in store and find it on the shelves. Only found 2 employees working on the floor during a saturday even tho the store was busy. I got what I wanted but only because I knew exactly what to ask for.

Really impressed with Jess! She spent over 10 minutes going through all the boxes in the back and found my product in the bottom of the last one! Truly exceptional customer service! 10/10

Bought a pair of "new" Nike trainers online. No tags and bottom of one shoe caked in mud. Seriously?!!
