Cit-E-Cycles Electric Bikes - Victoria

Went in looking for an Enduro e-bike. They had a CUBE Stereo Hybrid 160 HPC TM 625 27.5 on display. Impressive bike. Jamie was very help and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate his expertise and the time he gave me.

Jamie is first-rate at guiding the choice of bikes, and Cit-E-Cycles carries a very good range for different levels and needs. I bought a Surface604 Rook, and am delighted with it.

Finally bought a eBike here. Worked out well. Not such a busy location and as the name says ... only deals with eBikes. A pretty local chain of 5 stores on the island and mainland. I was able to buy another local product, the Surface 64 Colt. When we had a minor noise from the brakes, the service person was super helpful, taking it for a test ride, pulling the pads, and resurfacing them. I'd go back when looking for another eBike for sure.

Answered all our questions. Very helpful and understanding. We bought 2 Magnum e bikes and after 2 weeks we can truthful say that we have enjoyed every ride.
