What can I say that’s good about Land Rover/ Jaguar Victoria Dealership? Here’s about all the good, the salespeople were nice, but as soon as you tell them that you’d like to purchase a vehicle from them you can practically watch the dollar signs pop out of their eyes like in a cartoon. Not to mention they will “try to get you a discount,” but won’t and instead will rip you off to the best of their ability without your knowing. They were also having computer issues the day I purchased my vehicle, but didn’t choose to tell us what was going on until well into our 3 hour wait just to pay for it. Then if you do end up going home with a vehicle, GOOD LUCK RETURNING IT. I have messaged repeatedly, called, and got through to a salesperson who then told me that he didn’t know the dealerships return policy (which is 30 days by the way) and that he will get a manager to call me back. I’m still waiting for the call. It’s been well over 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to return their vehicle to them. I realized the very same day I bought it that this vehicle was not the right vehicle for me after a longer drive home. My advice is save your money and go somewhere else. After my experience with Land Rover/ Jaguar Victoria, I will never shop at this dealership or any other ever again after dealing with their incredibly unprofessional, greedy, and down right manipulative behaviour. Also the dealership is very nice on the inside. Must be the fruits of taking advantage of as many innocent people as they can. Oh and I also found that although they “serviced” the vehicle before I bought it they filled up the gas tank, but left the washer fluid bone dry. Nice touch to add to the list! I just want to return this vehicle, get all my money back and never have to deal with this dealership ever again.

Took my Land Rover here for repairs, truly the best experience I have had with a mechanic shop. Aaron was honest and polite. I have no hesitation that everything was done perfectly and without up-charging me, my bill was even under the original estimate! I have no knowledge of vehicles and it is a relief finding a place you can trust.

We wanted to give a big shout out to Mike Barron, Shane Moss, Peter Atwal and the rest of the team at Land Rover Victoria. My wife and I just bought our third vehicle from Mike and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of customer service, professionalism, and expertise have kept us coming back and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I just bought my first Range Rover Sport. The whole process was amazing. We met Mike Barron on Saturday afternoon. He was kind, friendly, and honest about Range Rover we were looking at. He showed us the functions. He walked through us what our bi-weekly Payments would be. Since it was the long weekend, and banks were closed. I put a deposit on it. As I didn’t want anyone to steal it on Tuesday after the long weekend. I was approved and on Thursday I picked it up. The finance department was great. And getting my insurance was fast. If you are looking for a Range Rover come and see this team. Amazing, great and the best.
