I definitely would recommend buying a car from Volkswagen Victoria! Whether new or used, their sales team is extremely knowledgeable & ready to help you with whatever you may need! I bought a used BMW & it was my first big purchase alone.. I don’t know too much about cars but Dane made the buying process so easy for me! He has lots of knowledge on BMW’s & made sure all of my questions were answered. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the lot & gave me his number so I can contact him in case any questions were to arise. I can’t say nothing but good things about my experience with Dane & the Volkswagen team!

Dane went out of his way to ensure I was able to test drive the vehicles I wanted, allowed me lots of time to consider my options and there was never any pressure. I recently purchased a 2016 Golf TSI from Volkswagen Victoria and I dealt with Robert, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took the car for a test drive and because Robert is a Golf owner he was able to talk me through all the features. There was no pressure or sales pitch, and he was able to answer my questions based on his own driving experience. He was also upfront about some cosmetic damage to the car. Robert and Brad, who handled the payment, were also transparent about the costs associated with the purchase and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 Golf R from Michael earlier this year, I was holding off on leaving a Google review to gauge how good the after purchase support is and I'm amazed so far. Any time I have any questions or concerns I shoot a text to Michael (I'm sure he hates me by now but won't admit it 😜) and he responds as if I'm his top priority, feels as if I'm talking to a friend. The sales experience was amazing too, I knew right away on the test drive I was going to purchase the car. He wasnt trying to force the sale at all, we just talked about the Volkswagen brand which he was super knowledgeable about. Highly recommended the entire team there, so far I'm incredibly happy with the services they've offered.
