Aaron and Joanne were SO helpful! I had absolutely no idea if it was possible to find a Jeep for me that suited my budget, and with remarkable style, friendliness, and teamwork- they got together the best deal I could've imagined for a vehicle I had thought was "Out of my league." Absolutely astonished with their small-town-service in a big city! Absolutely floored. Great work Wille!!!!

*Edit after taking delivery* They broke our contract and left me with a take it or leave it option on a factory order that we'd already waited 8 months for. We ordered during a manufacturers rebate event that reduced the cost of the car by $3,000. We put a $10,000 deposit down on the van and was assured by the salesman that the terms of the contract were finalized. But when the van arrived Willie Dodge refused to accept the previous contract and said take it or leave it. A van which we had been waiting 8 months for and had made plans around. So we took it. With a bad taste. The exchange and experience with Beau at Willie Dodge - at first happy and pleasurable during the original sale - turned out to be unsavory. You think you can trust people right? Turns out you can't trust these ones.

Chris Hoag has to be one of the BEST sales people at Wille Dodge. Not only has my family always gone to him to purchase their last 5 vehicles from him and have always had great service and experience with him. Now I have purchased my first car from him. He honestly goes above and beyond for his clients. With everything he does he makes sure his customers always leave happy and knowledgeable about the vehicle they are purchasing. I am very pleased to be a valued customer and will definitely keep purchasing and sending people to see Chris if they are looking to buy a new vehicle!

I bought my first truck at this dealership and had Beau take care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all and very nice. Not only was I warmly welcomed by everyone but they went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right before I drove off the lot. This is exceptional service. A wonderful family business I would like to recommend to anyone that is looking for a great vehicle-purchasing experience.
