After watching hybrid vehicle development for a few years, I finally decided it was time, and now there's a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid Limited in my garage. My thanks go out in particular, to Cohan S for bringing it all together. Cohan and others at Jim Pattison worked together to set a new standard for car buying for us, and we have had prior experience. In the absence of the exact model we wanted, Cohan answered all our questions enthusiastically, using various show room vehicles to demonstrate features and operation. He set up the test drive with plenty of time to check out the vehicle. Our trade was assessed quickly and fairly. Once purchase was agreed, he located our new vehicle and kept us fully informed of delivery status which happily, was advanced by almost two weeks. It's a busy time of year right now but for us it seemed like 'no wait'. Payment and pickup included an introductory visit to the service bays, parts department and to meet some of the business staff - all displaying the same professionalism. It was a most impressive introduction to this dealership. A post-purchase visit for installation of an additional accessory was equally well done. Glen has a very calm and personable personality and his communications are prompt. Glen truly listens and fully understands the needs of his customers. I recently had a fantastic experience at Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria. Blair, the sales representative who helped me with my Tacoma purchase, was extremely patient and very professional. He was knowledgeable and informative and promptly addressed any questions/concerns I had. On day of delivery, Blair ensured my Tacoma was perfect and that I was well taken care of and happy when I left the dealership. His follow up was fantastic as well. Thank you to the staff for their assistance with our purchase of a Prius Prime last week. Cohan Sassaman was friendly, courteous, efficient and a very effective salesman without being "pushy". He had the answers to all our questions about the technology of hybrids, and Toyota's design and what level of service we could expect for these vehicles. The other staff members who guided us through the purchase and insurance processes were extremely competent and made the entire experience manageable and rational. Early days, but we've very pleased with our purchase... the car handles well, the technology is relatively intuitive... and so far (350 km) hasn't cost us a penny in gas! Yeah!
