Excellent service! Ben explained everything that was done in terms that people who don’t know cars can understand. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with my Fiat. I will be returning and I will only be having these guys work on my car from now on.

I took both my old and newest Fiat here for maintenance for years but last time I went I felt like my presence was an annoyance to them. My engine light was on and when I first called to tell them, the person I spoke to on the phone asked me why. When I said I don’t know why they seemed very annoyed that I couldn’t elaborate. (I’m not a mechanic and just figured I’d bring my car in when the engine light came on?) When I finally did come in I told them I had a warranty that should cover whatever was going on and I asked if they needed the information for that. They sort of waved me off and told me to tell the mechanic the information. I never actually got a chance to talk to the mechanic myself and when I came to pick up my car he was gone. They didn’t even fix my car and told me they would have to source the part and that they would call me. No one ever called me. Also, no one had any idea how to deal with my warranty so I had to pay $160 for them to do nothing. It was a waste of my time and my money and I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else instead.

I just purchased a baby blue Fiat 500c Cabrio. This is my first brand new vehicle ever and I am loving my new car. As important as my enjoyment of the new car is, my experience with every member of the staff at Fiat of Victoria was equally enjoyable. Jeremy was my first contact and arranged for me to take it for a test drive. He got me on the road quickly and encouraged me to take my time and have a great drive. When I decided that this was the car for me, Adam took over and gave me a fair price for my car and I didn't have to endure a lengthy negotiation to do so. Brett followed and organized the financial and warranty pieces. He walked me through the details with clear explanations and a great deal of patience. Shortly after that, Kelly showed up from Hub Insurance to deal with the transfer. She was equally pleasant and lovely to work with. All this took until about 6:00pm on Saturday of the long weekend. At no time did anyone make me feel like I was holding up their plans for the long weekend. I rate my experience with these professional and pleasant folks to be five stars.
