From the first time I walked in, to the time I drove my new Q5 off the lot at Audi Victoria, my experience was very pleasant. Every staff member displayed superior customer service. Ali, Brendan, Adam and my sales consultant Todd Lindsay were all a pleasure to deal with. Todd was very patient, courteous, and helpful in making my decision. Thanks to everyone at Audi Victoria. I will definitely recommend others to consider an Audi.

Everything about the experience at Audi Victoria is fantastic. Everyone on the purchase side is polite, informed and enthusiastic. Todd made my new Q5 purchase easy and fun, and then all the staff along the way made the process seamless. Once you own your car, the support and care does not end there. I recently bought a new car for my daughter from Audi Victoria and had a wonderful experience. Alexandra was my salesperson and was very easy to work with and I felt zero pressure. Hunter and Brendan helped with all the paperwork which was easy, followed by Ali teaching us exactly how to use the vehicle and all it's features. Would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars all around.

Even though my contact with the sales people was all virtual from my home, I just had a really good experience with this Audi dealership and in particular with David, the assistant sales manager who took care of me. Because the preowned vehicle I had reached out to him about was already reserved by someone else, I ended up purchasing the same car from a dealership in Vancouver. Even after I told David that I would be doing this, he still remained available to me, continued to be warm and friendly, and very willing to intelligently answer the questions I had about the car model and features, appropriateness for me etc. So, when Audi comes out with a small e-car, hopefully in the near future, I'll be back to this dealership to make that purchase and I'll ask to work with David. Being a good human is also good for business. :)

While it was a bit of a waiting game for our Audi E-tron to arrive from back east, I was able to contact our sales person, Todd Lindsay and get updates. One certainly feels attended to at Audi Victoria, and there were some perks and add ons that left us feeling good about our purchase. Todd remembered who we were and what was going on in our life, and that was appreciated. Adam and Brendan were also very supportive, helpful and attentive to our questions. Overall a great experience.
